Beef Rendang or Rendang Daging

                 Beef Rendang or another is called, Rendan Dagind is a famous beef dish in Malaysia, Singapore, and Indonesia.

Beef rendang is Indonesian dish, I guess. It's much celebrated recipe from the Minangkabauethnic group of Indonesia and often served at ceremonial occasions and to honored guests. After spending hours making Beef Rendang, you'll know that it not your everyday beef dish, because this might take almost 3 hours to concoct a pot of this aromatic and extraordinarily scrumptious Beef Rendang.

For those of you who have never tried Beef Rendang, I can only describe it as “a rich and tender coconut beef stew which is explosively flavorful,” one that is certain to win you over if you taste it.



Beef Rendang normally sells in a very big pot like this. 


                         
The colors of Beef Rendang is depends on the ways they cook, but still. The taste will always have a similar taste. 



Warm Beef Rendang with Jasmine rice is nice, but with sticky rice is the best.
