Hungry!!!

What to eat when you hungry?

So, first you've to make sure that you're actually hungry, not eat because you want to eat or because your friends or the food itself. It doesn't mean that its wrong or not right when you eat not because of you're hungry. It just not good for your body. 


Here are some steps that can help you to check whether you're hungry or not ;


1. Watch the clock: This's to check when was the last time you'd something to eat. [Hunger cycle = every 90 mins] Try to pass the next cycle and eat every 3-4 hours. 

2. Know the difference between craving and actually hungry: Craving means you just want a particular taste, but hungry it will give you a sensitivity in your throat or mouth with increased salivation. 


3. Hungry or Thirsty?: This can make a mistaken, so before you eat something. Drink a glass of water then wait for few mins.



4.Hungry or Bored?: This can also make a mistaken. It usually due to craving ratter than hungry. When you find yourself wondering for food, try to do something that not related to any other food. 

5. Hungry or Tired?: Being tired can create a sensation and you might think that you're hungry, but actually it not. 

6. Analyze your body's signals: You might real hungry, but will choose to take a snack, if; your stomach is growling, you feel a little nauseous, or feel a gnawing in the pit of your stomach. 


7. Stave off until mealtime: Even if it isn't meal time, it's better for your body, if you don't allow to feel starved.
