ROTI CANAI


Roti Canai is a form of puffed bread served hot with curry or dhal.

Roti canai or Roti Cane is a fried flour-based pancake that is cooked over a flat grill. It is usually served with a vegetable or meat based curry. 

The best way to eat this is to forget about eating this with a fork and spoon, because the sample is the magic of the prata by dunking it in the complementary curry (usually mutton or fish-based) with your fingers. FINGERS! Only then will you fully understand the phrase, “Finger licking good!”
